9.1 Common Issues


License Activation Failed

  2. Ensure you're using the email from your Envato account
  3. Check that the domain matches your purchase
  4. Contact support if issues persist


API Connection Failed


  1. Verify your API key is correct and active
  2. Check that your API account has available credits
  3. Ensure your server can make outbound HTTPS requests
  4. Check for firewall or security plugin blocks


Content Not Generating


  1. Check the logs for error messages
  2. Verify campaign status is 'Active'
  3. Ensure scheduled time has passed
  4. Check WordPress cron is working


Images Not Appearing


  1. Verify image provider is configured
  2. Check image API key is valid
  3. Ensure upload directory is writable
  4. Check available disk space


9.2 WordPress Cron Issues


WP Smart AI Writer Pro uses WordPress cron for scheduled generation. If posts aren't generating:


  1. Install a cron monitoring plugin like WP Crontrol
  2. Verify wsap_process_queue event exists
  3. Check your hosting supports background processes
  4. Consider setting up a real cron job

💡 Note: Some hosts disable WP-Cron. Contact your host about enabling it or using server cron.
