5. Creating Campaigns

Campaigns are the heart of WP Smart AI Writer Pro. They allow you to schedule multiple posts for automatic generation.

5.1 Understanding Campaigns

A campaign is a collection of post titles with a publishing schedule. The plugin will automatically generate and publish posts according to your schedule.

1. Each campaign can contain multiple post titles
2. Posts are generated one at a time according to the schedule
3. You can have multiple active campaigns running simultaneously

5.2 Creating a New Campaign

1. Go to AI Writer → Add New Campaign
2. Enter a campaign name (e.g., 'January Content Calendar')
3. Choose your publishing schedule
4. Add your post titles and categories
5. Set start and end dates
6. Click 'Publish' to activate the campaign

Add the titles for posts you want generated:

1. Click 'Add Another Post' to add a new row
2. Enter a descriptive, SEO-friendly title
3. Select a category for the post
4. Repeat for all posts in this campaign

Tips for Great Titles

1. Be specific and descriptive (e.g., '10 Ways to Automate Your Email Marketing')
2. Include your target keyword naturally
3. Promise value to the reader
4. Keep titles under 60 characters for SEO

⚠️ Important: The AI uses your title to determine the entire article content. Vague titles produce vague content.

5.5 Campaign Status

Campaigns can have the following statuses:

Monitor your content generation queue:

1. Pending - Posts waiting to be generated
2. Processing - Currently being generated
3. Completed - Successfully generated
4. Failed - Generation failed (check logs for details)
