Information We Collect
Information Stored Locally
Reddit Suite stores the following data **locally on your device** using Chrome’s storage API:
Important: This data never leaves your device except when communicating with our license server (see below).
Information Transmitted to Our Servers
If you purchase and activate a Supporter license, the following information is transmitted to our license server (api.workflowdone.com):
We do NOT collect:
– Your browsing history
– Reddit posts you view
– Your Reddit username or account information
– Your saved leads or filter configurations
– Any personal information
– Analytics or usage data
Permissions Explained
Reddit Suite requests the following Chrome permissions:
1. Storage Permission (`storage`)
What it does: Allows the extension to save data locally on your device.
Why we need it: To store your filter sets, saved leads, and settings so they persist between browser sessions.
Privacy impact: All data is stored locally on your device. We cannot access this data.
2. Host Permission: reddit.com (`https://www.reddit.com/*`)
What it does: Allows the extension to run on Reddit pages.
Why we need it: To read Reddit posts on the page and apply your filters. The extension needs to access the page content to:
– Find posts on the page
– Extract post information (title, upvotes, comments)
– Highlight matching posts
– Hide non-matching posts
Privacy impact: The extension only reads publicly visible Reddit content. We do not track which pages you visit or transmit any Reddit data to our servers.
3. Host Permission: api.workflowdone.com (`https://api.workflowdone.com/*`)
What it does: Allows the extension to communicate with our license server.
Why we need it: To activate, validate, and deactivate Supporter licenses.
Privacy impact: Only license-related data is transmitted (license key, device ID, extension version). No browsing data, Reddit data, or personal information is ever sent.
How We Use Your Information
Local Data (Filter Sets, Leads, Settings)
– Stored only on your device
– Used solely to provide extension functionality
– Never transmitted to any server
– You can export or delete this data at any time
License Data (Supporters Only)
– Used to verify your license is valid
– Used to manage activations across your devices
– Stored securely on our servers
– Never shared with third parties
– Deleted upon request

Data Retention
Local Data

– You can clear all data from the extension’s Options page
– Uninstalling the extension removes all local data
License Data
– Retained while your license is active
– Deleted upon request or when license expires
– You can request deletion by contacting support@workflowdone.com
Your Rights
You have the right to:
1. Access – View all data stored by the extension (via Options page)
2. Export – Download your filter sets and leads as JSON or CSV
3. Delete – Clear all local data from the Options page
4. Deactivate – Deactivate your license to remove it from our servers
5. Request Deletion – Contact us to delete any server-side data
Third-Party Services
Reddit Suite does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services.
The only external service we communicate with is our own license server (api.workflowdone.com) for Supporter license management.
Children’s Privacy
Reddit Suite is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by
– Updating the “Last Updated” date
– Posting a notice in the extension (for significant changes)
